Reception Classes
Children join our Reception from both our school nursery and other nurseries. They continue learning through the Early Years Curriculum, which includes the skills of reading, writing and mathematics as well as social skills and a continued understanding of the world. The curriculum is enriched with guests and school trips.
Children are taught and supported well in these early stages of their school life by qualified teachers and teaching assistants in the setting. Like the nursery, the children learn through play in a great setting with a newly developed outdoor learning area.
