We are lucky to have a purpose built nursery at Chase Terrace Primary School. In the setting we have both a maintained nursery and Governor Led nursery which allows children to start in the school the term after they are 3 years old. This gives the children a fantastic early start to school life and prepares them for the Early Years Curriculum. This also allows parents to leave the children with us all day. Children can receive 15 hours of free placement per week, with some being eligible for 30 hours.
The children are taught reading, writing, number and social skills through the Development Matters Curriculum which gives them the beginnings of a greater understanding of the expanding world around them. Children learn through play in our great indoor setting and newly developed outdoor learning area. The children are taught and well cared for by our well qualified staff.
